what can I take or use for the most horrible worse headaches? I have them frequently, they are related to menopause but don’t want to always be taking pills/Tylenol or aspirin. Any old fashioned stuff that really works??

My mom is experiencing vertigo(bad dizziness) with her menopause.Are there any natural remedies for this.She does not want to start taking a synthetic hormone replacement ..

I had a hysterectomy and ovary removal 8 weeks ago. I am now experiencing surgical menopause. Hot flushes, night sweats, headaches, lethagy etc. Anyone else gone through this. Input would be great. I don’t want to go on to HRT. I would try natural remedies, but not medical.

I am interested in natural remedies first then prescription if I have to. But I have concerns about HRT and possible side effects or risks associated with taking it.
Also anything that others have found make them worse too I would like to hear about.

I’m starting to go through menopause, and would like to treat it with something natural and safe.

and cannot take HRT due to previous DVT. Was also told I cant take natural remedies like black cohosh etc. as it contains eostrogen. Am confused does that mean I cannot take any remedies at all?
