hello, i’m 15 and i worry about alot of things, not the kind of little worrying were it goes for a bit then stops, big worrying over big and small things that have happened, can this cause me to have a high blood pressure, my dad has a high blood pressure, is there a chance of a heart atack later on in life? and what are the other hazards of having a high blood pressure? i hav;’t been dignosed with it, just i have been told that if your constantly worrying and stressing can cause high blood pressure i worry about the small things alot, e.g
