Natural Home Remedies Rubbing Green tea leaves on my skin to Kill Skin Problems?

a few years ago when I visited China, the Lady who was performing the Green Tea demonstration, noticed that I suffer from severe eczema, she told me that after drinkin a hot cup of green tea, I could use the Green tea Leaves to rub on my skin.
