Am I fit, considering my heart rate?

Ok today i ran 5km on the treadmill, at 12km/h, by the end my heart rate was 170bpm. I am 19 years old a weigh in at about 75kg I am worried that my heart rate is quite high, considering I didn’t feel very tired afterwards. 5km can’t be ran anaerobically, yet according to the heart rate link below, my heart rate is in the anaerobic zone, which should be impossible…..do i have a high blood pressure
