eat crackers or a banana. drink a lot of water to keep the body hydrated. avoid greasy food till you recover.
greasy foods only work if you eat before you sleep/pass out. i usually have a decent meal after drinking heavily. it makes the hangover the next morning less painful. when you do throw up its the food you ate last night coz it helped absorb a lot of the alcohol.

Yeah that’s called a hangover.
Drink 1 liter of Pediatric Electrolyte-oral maintenance solution. It’s a hydration fluid that restores body water & minerals lost in diarrhea/vomiting (or drinking). You can buy it at drug stores, found in the baby products isle. Go with the Apple flavor. A hangover is mostly caused by dehydration, so the sooner you start drinking this solution, the better you’ll feel.
*Also eat high carb/greasy foods. That will bring your blood sugar back up. Take some Vitamin B12 & take a nap.
