Need Help with Adrenal Fatigue?

I was recently diagnoised with adrenal fatigue and am having a hard time treating this. I am unable to take pills and not sure how I can help myself. I currently am a student with a heavy load of classes and am suffering with a lack of energy. I use caffeine when I really need it, but it hardly works. How can I treat this and still have enough energy to get through school? And does anyone know what I can take that is a liquid or some form that is not a pill? Thank you.
