Adrenal Fatigue or Chronic Fatigue? or something else?

For 2 months I’ve had the following symptoms, first detected when I was having hypoglycemic episodes
- post nasal drip (have been advised to have my adanoids removed, but I’m not going to until I make progress with the other symptoms)
- headaches, migraines
- extreme fatigue
- occasional nausea
- occasional diearhea
- depression
- hypoglycemia
- dizziness
- strange sensation under my chin that feels numb (checked with G.P)
I have switched to a sugar free/non refinded diet, eating small meals every 3 hours to no avail.
