Is it normal for parents to sometimes get abusive with their kids?

..i’m 14….and i wouldn’t really say that my parents are abusive….i mean…. they only hit me every second day or so…. if i get a bad mark on a test, or if i “talk-back” ….ignore them, or come in past curfew…or make too much noise …

Over a span of 3 months, I have had about 4. The first one was a major one (eyedrops from doctor), and then the next 2 healed by themselves. Right now, I have another one…I have no idea what I’m doing wrong.

I am in need of dental work and a not so average situation, what are some options?

Sunday, October 18, 2009 20:43 No Comments

Ok, my teeth are busted up pretty good, I’ve been smacked around a lot growing up, got jumped about a year ago when I was too drunk to walk(let alone defend myself) by a bunch of local low lives, hit me from behind and every time I tried to get up they kicked me in the back of the head, and one of the times my face bounced off the pavement pretty hard and busted my front teeth. So they are busted up pretty good, and I am gonna skip a lot of explaining and stories, but I am constant target of violence where I live for various poor reasons(like having long hair, and not wandering around with a huge entourage every time I need to go somewhere), and close quarter combat is part of my job, so abrasion damage is gonna be a prominent hazard in my line of work until I move further up the chain and gun shot wounds become the biggest worry

Hydrogen peroxide is used as a cleaning agent in the treatment of cuts and abrasions for several reasons. It is an oxidizing agent that can directly kill many microorganisms; it decomposes upon contact with blood, releasing elemental oxygen gas (which inhibits the growth of anaerobic microorganisms); and it foams upon contact with blood, which provides a cleansing action
