Does anyone has a reversal medicine of growing back hair?

I went through a real traumatic period a few months back and my hair started falling out quite quickly. But thin hair and balding are in my family so I am wondering if it will ever come back? I am early 30’s.

I lost 1/2 of my hair because if stress. How can I get them back?

My hair is beginning to thin in the back and at the hair line. Does that foam Rogain advertises work? Or is there a better alternative to moderate thinning of hair?

On the base of my cats back, her hair is thinning and there is scabbing. It starts at the base of her tail, then goes to the middle of her back. She’s also been pulling her own hair out.
