I’m only 20 and I have dark circles and wrinkles under my eyes. How do I get rid of them?

I have one huge wrinkle and its looks like I have dark bags under my eyes. I get plenty of sleep at night and I drink a lot of water during the day. Any suggestions to rid of the circles and wrinkles?
