I was told garlic shampoo helps hair grow. However, I bought a bottle and it smells like garlic! Also, I highlight my hair every three months. So I am afraid to use it. Anyone try the stuff? Should I just return it?

I`ve been using Compund W for three months and they havn`t gotten any better. I went to the doctor and they want to freeze them off but it sounds like it HURTS! I have 4 of them all on one foot and they have been very painful since January.
