Has anyone here made significant recovery from Adrenal Fatigue? What are your suggestions and what were your symptoms?

I’ve been suffering from chronic fatigue, nervousness, some appetite loss, inability to cope with stress, etc. with this. Much better than I was a few months ago, but there is still much room for improvement.

How do i know if i have that? I know i have ONE of them, but how would a doctor know which one ?

However, I just found out that I have adrenal fatigue and it’s in the higher up stages. Will my fertility doctor still let me go through with the In Vitro and get pregnant with adrenal fatigue? If so, what can they do to keep them from failing during pregnancy?
